Where is this data from?

Annual utility reports

Utilities test at their facility throughout the year and publish the results. These reports (CCRs) can be hard to find. We take the time to gather them all every year.

Anonymized home tests

Water data is most accurate when sampled at the tap. We publicize our water testing data for free through this project so everyone can benefit.

Public water data

Beyond the CCR.

My state is missing!

All but 4 states have documented their water utility testing results in a way this is available to Tap Score. New Hampshire, North Carolina, New Mexico, and Louisiana have not made their water quality data available. We are working on gathering this information!
